FOOT CHI ™ THE COBBLESTONE FOOT PATH

Foot Chi™ (Pronounced "Foot-Chee") is designed to emulate ancient stone Reflexology Pathways found throughout Asia. Cobblestone mat walking is rooted in traditional Chinese holistic medicine and the principle of reflexology, in that the uneven surfaces of the rocks stimulate and regulate "acupoints" located on the sole of the feet.

Foot Chi™ is lightweight, can be carried easily, and used just about anywhere! Whether your feet are aching from a hard, stressful day, sore and tender from that long distance run or other physical fitness regimen, or if you’d just simply like to start incorporating some well-being exercise into your hectic lifestyle - Foot Chi™ makes the perfect gift of health… for yourself or those you care so much about!

Recently, Cobblestone Foot Path Exercise was studied by the Oregon Research Institute (ORI). The study revealed that Cobblestone Foot Path stone stepping improved physical function and reduced blood pressure to a greater extent than conventional walking in older adults. **FOOT CHI™ BLOG**

"A little over 7 years ago, I was on a trip visiting Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. I came down with an excruciating headache that wouldn't budge for days. Desperate, I made my way to the busy Sungei Wang Plaza. There, I was able to receive a wonderful scalp and head massage which was passed down as a family tradition. I did feel better, but not completely. There was a man who happened to be outside the plaza, who noticed my discomfort. At the time, he was stepping on this interesting rock gadget which he claimed was stimulating the acupressure points on his feet. He said "Walk on this rockboard for at least 5 minutes and your head pain will decrease!" Skeptical, but with a very open mind, I did what he said, and it did relieve my headache! I found out where I could buy one, and so did the story of FOOT CHI ™ evolve. Through the years I tried desperately to bring these awesome foot massage tools to the West. And finally, they were found! Surprisingly, after all of these years someone has conducted actual real scientific research to back up cobblestone mat walking! Since my 1st experiences with the rock board, as well as personal healing sessions with reflexology, acupuncture and natural holistic medicine, I decided to obtain my Masters Degree in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. I currently practice in Portland, OR ….and yes, use my FOOT CHI ™ every day!”

Care & Replacing Stones:

It is recommended that you lay your FOOT CHI ™ out flat and walk on it evenly, in order to strengthen the connection of the rocks to the mat prior to first use. Precautions:

  • Consult your health care provider prior to use if you suffer from any medical conditions.
